Satisfaction

I am very concerned that you as a customer should be satisfied and feel that you have received a good response from me. I make all my products carefully and always pack them nicely in gift packaging, luxurious for you to open or a nice gift to give away. If you are not 100% satisfied with what you ordered from me, you are welcome to contact us and we will find a solution together.

Ordering

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received one within 24 hours, you should contact me. Feel free to look in the spam filter first, sometimes e-mails end up wrong.

Check carefully in the order confirmation that all information is correct, if something has gone wrong, it is good that you contact me immediately by e-mail at [email protected] or phone +46 707-130 316 so that we can correct the order. If the delivery time is delayed for any reason, for example if an item is temporarily out of stock, I will always get back to you as soon as possible.

I gift wrap all orders in a hand-sewn gift bag with silk ribbon, the packaging is included in the price you pay. I always add a handwritten card, if you want me to write a special greeting, you can write it in the message box when ordering, or send me an email.


Special orders

I like to create jewelry as well as miniatures according to your wishes and find it fun to receive special orders. You can email me a description of what you want me to create and I will get back to you, and together we will make a proposal based on your budget and your wishes for design. It is good if you have pictures or sketches of what you want me to create, but otherwise it is good that you describe in words.

I do not reproduce exact copies of other artists' works, as I prefer that you support that artist directly and buy goods from him / her. However, I can produce products inspired by other people's work, with my own design and my unique design. When you place a special order with me, I reserve the right to also be able to duplicate the product / design and sell it just like my other works in the webshop.
Discount codes and special offers do not apply to special orders but only to regular assortments.


Delivery time

Your goods will be sent as soon as they are ready, normally within 2-5 working days unless there are special orders that may take a little longer to complete (1-4 weeks depending on size and design). International orders take a few extra day for the transport.  

I always pack the goods nicely in gift packaging with silk ribbons, as luxurious for you to open as nice to give to someone you want to pamper.

If you change after you place an order and for example want to change color, size or choice of material - contact me and we will solve it. This also applies if you want to add something to your order, we can solve this by e-mail. Get in touch as soon as possible before I have time to post your order.

If you are in a hurry with the order, for example if it is a gift to someone, you can contact me and I can then usually speed up the delivery time.

Orders placed on the weekend are sent at the earliest next weekday.


Shipping

I send all orders within Sweden with Postnord. Shipping costs SEK 19 and usually your package arrives with you 1-2 days after it is posted. If you want another shipping option, such as traceablshipping, you can choose this at checkout and then pay a supplement. I also send orders abroad. 

International shipping in Europe cost a little bit more, and takes a few more days to reach 


Prices

All prices are stated in Swedish currency SEK and include 25% VAT. If you place a special order with me, we wil together arrive at a price that fits your budget, read more under Special orders.


Returns and right of withdrawal

By law, you can return a product within 14 days of receiving your package. If you want to make a return, please contact me as soon as possible after you have received your order. If the product you ordered is defective in any way, I will always be responsible for return shipping. 

If you instead regret your purchase, you are responsible for the shipping and you reserve the right to pack the goods well packaged in the original packaging. Always contact me before you return and we will arrive at the best solution. Defects in products must always be reported to me immediately after you have received the product, if the product is defective, I undertake to rectify the problem or deliver a new product to you.

The right of withdrawal does not normally apply if you ordered a special product that is specially designed according to your wishes. If you regret and want to cancel an order immediately after you have made a purchase on the site, it is important that you contact me immediately, always on the same day as the purchase was made.

I make sure that you are satisfied as a customer and as far as possible I always try to find a good solution if any problems arise with my products or delivery to you.


GDPR and handling of personal data

My Sweet Tinythings is obliged to handle your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act (GDPR). The information is stored for the purpose of being able to execute your order and to be able to be used in the company's accounting if necessary and on a legal basis. I do not store your personal information longer than necessary and marketing only takes place with your consent.

When paying in the webshop, your personal information is shared with the payment solution provider that I work with. This also applies when I send your order with Postnord.

These providers in turn have an obligation to comply with the GDPR and handle your data with confidence.

As a customer, you can always turn to the General Complaints Board, arn.se and if a dispute arises, I follow decisions from them. You can read more about GDPR on the Data Inspectorate's website.
